Nutrition for Mental Health

Good nutrition isn’t just important for physical health — it plays a vital role in our mental health too.

In recent years, more and more research is highlighting the connection between what we eat and how we feel. Better dietary choices can improve mood and mental functioning, and protect against depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.

Healthy eating can also boost energy levels, manage stress, reduce fatigue, and encourage healthier sleep patterns — all of which will help you to feel better.
